The Lid is attached to the Wall Bracket which is fixed to the wall.  The Rubbish Container "clicks up" underneath the lid and is locked in place needing a cast-iron key to un-lock the bins from the lid to empty the bin's contents.

Great for Schools and Parks as a smaller rubbish collection bin system where the operator need not handle anything but the bin body itself, keeping hands well away from the waste contents.
